The Bath and District branch of the Royal Commonwealth Society this year celebrates its 92nd birthday. During that time it has given financial support through sponsorships and grants to hundreds of school and university students to support their education. Its trustees and members have met regularly (apart from a pause during World War Two) to learn about the Commonwealth and promote its values, including tolerance, respect and understanding.
In this section you will find a brief history to our society.
