The RCS Bath endeavours to promote the principles of the Commonwealth of Nations and to foster the values of democracy, respect for human rights, justice and the rule of law. We seek to stand for sustainable development and the protection of the environment, education and health care, tolerance and respect for cultural and religious diversity, the development of young people and the empowerment and protection of women.

Our vision is to engage with and encourage the local community to raise awareness of the work of the Commonwealth to provide a better world for the future. We seek to improve the lives of overseas Commonwealth young people by supporting education and we provide grants using the Colonel Corner Trust fund for students studying at local educational establishments, including the University of Bath, Bath Spa University and Norland.

We believe that we should all be concerned with the economic, environmental and social conditions that confront us.
We seek cooperation and partnership with like-minded organisations in our community to educate and support our young people in the best traditions of the Commonwealth.

We look to provide a platform for our members to deliver a vibrant and inclusive society which will benefit us all.
